Convenient work area with sheet pan storage below. Holds up to 18 ea. full size 18" x 26" (457 x 660) sheet pans. Channel ledges hold sheet pans securely on a 1/2" (13) lip with 1 7/16" (37) clearance between ledges. Wings add over 30" (761) more linear inches of working surface. Tough 20 gauge, reinforced stainless steel construction for a long service life. Has an open top which can hold an 18" x 26" (457 x 660) sheet pan. Cleans and sanitizes easily. Optional white Polyethylene Cutting Board available.
