Description
Dual-Purpose Server Accommodates both pre-plated meals and bulk foods simultaneously. Universal tray slides make any combination of pre-plated meals and bulk foods possible. Heated holding cabinet sized to stack and nest covered plates up to 12.25" diameter (to achieve maximum capacity). Humi-Temp heat system preconditions the cabinet with low humidity. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Four (4) shelves provided.
