- Stainless steel front, top and sides. Top is 16 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with all corners welded, ground and polished.
- 300 series stainless steel interior floor. Aluminum sides and top. Coved corners and finished edges for ease of cleaning.
- Environmentally friendly polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation for maximum insulation, strength and durability.
- Doors are completely polyurethane insulated with extruded aluminum frames, stainless steel exterior door panels, and long lasting thermo rubber door gasket.
- Pan rail has insulated covers for performance and strength. Air-over blanket design to cool product on top without drying. SKPZ60 and SKPZ92 accommodates 1/3 size pans.
- Heavy gauge wire shelves are hand dipped - not sprayed - providing double thick epoxy coating for superior durability. Adjustable in 1/2" increments.
- CPC-free, R404a refrigerant systems, hermetically sealed, high efficiency, self contained refrigeration system features automatic defrost and forced air circulation. Front breathing and venting allows flush installation on sides and back. Adjustable temperature control and built-in temperature indicator standard.Automatic condensate evaporator means no plumbing or floor drains required.
- Options include: Six-inch legs, three-inch casters, baker pan slides fit 9 pans, (18" x 26") per door, stainless steel back, drawers and garnish racks.
