Description
Built-In Top Mount Heat System Top design heat system provides an open bottom base and slim cabinet profile. Heat is gently circulated throughout the cabinet to keep bulk foods hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Pan Server Rails Accommodate: (1) 12" x 20", (1) Gastro-Norm 1/1 pans. Combinations of deep and shallow pans may be used with varying capacities. The front edges are relieved for easy loading.
