Humi-Temp Heat System Humi-Temp heat system preconditions the cabinet with low humidity. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet to keep bulk foods hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Pan Server Rails Accommodate: (1) 12" x 20", (1) Gastro-Norm 1/1 pans.
