Humi-Temp Mobile Banquet Cabinet For those who prefer two (2) side-by-side cabinet doors designed for full-reach-in when loading and unloading covered plates. Heated holding cabinet sized to stack and nest covered plates up to 11" diameter (to achieve maximum capacity). Humi-Temp heat system preconditions the cabinet with low humidity. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet to keep pre-plated meals hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Comes standard with a six (6) caster configuration for tight maneuvering.
