Humi-Temp Mobile Banquet Cabinet For those who prefer two (2) side-by-side cabinet doors designed for full-reach-in when loading and unloading covered plates. Heated holding cabinet sized to stack and nest covered plates up to 11″ diameter (to achieve maximum capacity). Humi-Temp heat system preconditions the cabinet with low humidity.Heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet to keep pre-plated meals hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Comes standard with a six (6) caster configuration for tight maneuvering.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
