RACK10 / RACK20 – Spit Holder Holds your spits for storage or for loading into the unit. On Casters for easy mobility. Comes as a 10 spit or 20 spit unit. Drip tray with drainage to allow for marinade/drippings collection. Can be used for unloading the rotisserie after cooking. THESE UNITS ARE BUILT TO ORDER BASED ON THE ROTISSERIE YOU HAVE. PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR MODEL NUMBER WHEN ORDERING. Picture is shown with a Protection cover BACHE10 / BACHE20 that is ordered separately. Covers the rack for storage in your walk in refrigerator and for transport to and from the Rotisserie.
