The RF314-TC data logger measures the temperature of the environment in which the probe is situated. It comes supplied with a thermocouple probe and can be used with a wide ranges of K-Type probes from Comark. The unit is low powered battery operated and lasts for 3 months to one year depending on the data transmission rate. The unit can be recharged via PC or with a RF320/US power supply unit.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
