The RF311-T data logger measures the temperature of the environment in which it is situated. Data is transmitted wirelessly via a WiFi network to a PC and viewed via the graphing tool or can be exported to Excel. The RF311-T is a low powered battery device with a battery life of 3 months to 1 year, depending on transmission rate. The battery can be recharged via a PC or by mains using the RF320/US power supply unit

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
