An oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 5 power levels, 3 stage cooking and a time entry option. Output wattage shall be 1000 watts with bottom feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern. An oven will have stainless steel exterior and the interior cavity with the 25 liters (0.8 cu ft) cavity able to accommodate a 305mm (12” plate).
