Built-In Top Mount Heat System Versatile universal cabinet features rails are sized to fit both shelves for pre-plated meals and pans for bulk foods. Rails (on one-piece removable rack) allow for “slide-in / slide-out” adjustable positions of shelves or pans. Sized to accommodate covered plates up to 10.5″ diameter (to achieve maximum capacity).Sized to fit 2 pans per set of rails: GN 1 / 1 – 65 mm or 12” x 20” x 2.5”. Three (3) shelves provided. Heat is gently circulated throughout the cabinet to keep pre-plated meals hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
