The Electrolux 202-PT air-o-chill Blast chiller/freezer has two doors, one on each side, to allow food product to be passed through from one side to the other. The chilling load capacity is 400 lbs. (200 kg) from 160 °F to 38 °F in 90’, freezing load capacity is 375 lbs. (170 kg) from 160 °F to 0 °F in max 240’ on up to 20 sheet or 40steam table pans. The unit features microprocessor-controlled soft chilling, hard chilling and blast freezing cycles. At the end of each blast chilling or –freezing cycles, the unit automatically activates a holding cycle. The defrost cycle is automatically and intelligently activated: ice build up on the evaporator is automatically detected and defrost activated to maximize performance efficiency. Manual activation of the defrost cycle is also possible. The unit does not have any heat limitation and can accept food directly from oven at cooking temperature.
